Hello Parents,

We survived the Commonwealth Games, a huge thank you to all our parents for your patience during this time. The impact on the centre was minimal which was great to see.As winter is approaching please ensure that you pack some warmer clothes for your child for the early mornings and late afternoons.

It is with a sad heart that we say goodbye to Chase and Elijah from our toddler's room. We wish them and their families all the best for the future.

Staff changes

Miss Alana is going on maternity leave as of the 18th May 2018. Miss Nicola will be replacing her in the babies' room during this time. We wish her all the best with her new bundle of joy. We will keep you updated on the birth of her third child. Miss Nicola has worked in the centre before and is very qualified. She is very excited about working with babies.

Miss Carol has resigned to pursue a different career path. We wish her all the best in her chosen field. She will be popping in from time to time I am sure.

Mr Rob will be doing Sen Kindy.

Healthy Choices

We encourage healthy eating at kindy. Please ensure that you do not sent chocolates muffins, cakes, biscuits , lollies, chips, custard or sugar bar in your child's lunch. These are not heathy choices and often your child gets destressed when told by the other children that they are not allowed to eat that for their lunches. We are able to heat up food if you wish to bring 'leftovers' or noodles etc.

Please ensure that all your child's items are labelled, as we often have two of the same items and without a name it is hard to know who own it.

Accounts

Please remember our policies state that all accounts have to be 1 week in advance. If your account is behind please ensure that is at a nil balance. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact me .

Wishing all our wonderful mothers a Happy Mothers Day

Until next months

Tracey
