Xap
We are implementing a new childcare management platform starting from 31 October 2022. Xap is an all-in-one childcare management platform which allows parents to manage family details, receive communication, access online invoices & statements and much more.

In the coming days you will receive an invitation via email to create your account in the Xap Guardian Portal. Your account will have already been created using your email address, you just need to set up a secure password.
Once your account is set up, we ask that you verify and complete your family data including child profile and emergency contacts. If you are not able to create your password, please contact us with the email address you used to sign up.
You will also receive a KIOSK code via email, which is used to sign your children in and out from the service. You can change the system generated KIOSK code from your new profile.
Holidays Christmas / New Year
If you are planning on taking holidays over the Christmas / New Year period, please remember to complete a holiday request form to receive your discount. The discount is applied for 2 weeks only. If you are traveling overseas for an extended period - more than 4 to 6 weeks, please see Renae or Gayna in the office who will assist you with this process.
Transition Statements - Kindergarten Children
A Transition statement will be written for your child outlining your child's knowledge, skills, and dispositions for learning across the five learning and development areas of the Qld Kindergarten Learning Guidelines. Transition Statements will be available to families the week of the 7th of November 2022.
