Spring has arrived!!!
We hope everyone is enjoying the warmer weather, I know we are! The children are spending a lot of time in the playgrounds and watering our plants so we are wanting to remind parents to ensure your child has a sun smart hat every day, sun smart clothing with sleeves to cover the shoulders, and if you are sending your child in warmer clothes in the morning, due to it being a little cool still at that time, that you are also packing some cooler clothes to change into as it gets warmer during the day.
Upcoming Events
It is coming to the end of the year and due to Covid 19, we were unable to hold our normal Parent Teacher Interviews in April this year. However, we are able to hold our end of year Parent Teacher Interviews. These are especially important for our Kindergarten children who will be heading off to school next year.
We will be holding Parent Teacher interviews for all rooms during the week of 26th of October 2020. Interview days & times will be listed at the front office for you to select from. If you are unable to make these times but would really like to have a meeting with your child's Educators, you are welcome to speak to the room Educators to organise a time that might suit you both at a different date.
We will be having our photographers returning to do our end of year Graduation and Christmas photos. Order forms will go out in your child's bag/pocket in the next few weeks. These will need to be handed back before your child's photo day to ensure you don't miss out.
Dates of photos will be as follows: 20th, 22nd & 28th October 2020.
The Centre will be closed on Monday 5th of October for Queens Birthday public holiday. We hope you all enjoy your long weekend!
Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, so we will be having our Halloween Dress-up Day on Friday 30th of October. The children are encouraged to come dressed in their favourite costumes to join in the fun! There will be Halloween art and crafts, dancing and trick or treating at the front office.
Looking forward to seeing all of the children in their costumes!!!
