Dear Families,

ANZAC Day 2020 is going to look very different this year, as we cannot gather together as a community and country to honour our men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Instead many of us are adopting the Driveway Dawn Service. (From 6 am on ANZAC Day RSL QLD will be streaming a live short commemorative service, comprising The Ode, The Last Post, a minute's silence, Reveille and the National Anthem - more details will available on their website closer to the day).

Our centre is committed to paying our respects and letting our service personnel know that they are not forgotten. The Senior side children would like to offer our services in making a poppy wreath for you to use at your home on ANZAC Day. You can display this on your letterbox, fence, door, front window or garage.

If you would like us to make one for you to display, please leave an empty carton at the front office, with your name on it. We will be collecting them and will make them and have them ready for you to collect on Thursday 23rd April (next Thursday).

You are welcome to start dropping in your egg cartons now so that we can start to get to work on those for you.

Let's do our bit to remember and honour always.

Lest We Forget.

Glenda.
