Footprints Sunnybank is pleased to be able to allow 1-World Charity Shops place a collection bin inside our centre to collect items that anyone in the Footprints Family no longer wish to have and would like to donate them for further use in a good cause.
'1-World is a local charity making a difference both locally and overseas through our recycling programs. 1-World are advocates for promoting sustainability and recycling, and are working with Child Care Centres to help drive community recycling in their local area through our FREE wheelie bin program. Together we can help drive local recycling .... '
The bin we have here at the centre is able to take donations of things such as -
* Wearable clothing for children, teenagers and adults
* Bed linen
* Towels
* Children's toys
* Wearable paired shoes
* Hand bags, school bags, other bags
* Crockery, glassware, kitchenware, pots and pans
* Jewellery
1-World is helping community groups such as -
Qld. Blind Association, Amputees & Families Support Group of QLD, Cystic Fibrosis QLD, Alzheimer's QLD, Deaf Services QLD, Pyjama Foundation, Face to Face, Access Street Vans, Angel Flight, Home for Good, Cleft Connect Aust., Refugees Association of Logan, Upper Room Crisis Help Centre, Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus, Beyond Blue, Autism Spectrum Brisbane, Young Care, Logan House Fire Support Network, Wesley Mission, Hummingbird House, Prostate Cancer Foundation QLD, Family & Kids Foundation, Chicks Conquering Cancer
