10th Birthday Market Day

We are celebrating our 10th Birthday on the 27th May with a Market Day. Please share this event with your friends and family. We will have various stalls for you to browse, raffles to be won plus a jumping castle for the children to enjoy. If you know are interested in having your own stall or know someone that might me interested please see Cindy for booking information.

Assessment and Rating

We are pleased to announce we have received our Draft Report and the Centre has been rated as Meeting National Quality Standards. In areas 6 and 7 we received Exceeding. Please help me congratulate the Educators on doing a fantastic job!

Class Photos

Our Class Photos will be held on the 13th and 15th of June. We are excited to try something new this year, outdoor photos opposed to the normal indoor ones we have done in the past. Sibling packs will be available to purchase as well.

Pre-School 1

Please join us in welcoming Miss Carla back from Maternity Leave. Miss Carla will work in the Pre-school 1 Room four days a week between the hours of 8.30am and 3pm. Miss Zoe will continue working in the room on a Wednesday. If you have any concerns please feel free to have a chat with either Carla or myself.

The Pre-school Children had the opportunity to spend the morning learning about Torres Strait Islander Culture with Richard from Indigenous Childcare Shows. Everyone enjoyed being able to get involved with the hands on activities Richard had to share.

The Children enjoyed modelling some of the Traditional Clothing

Cadbury Chocolate Fundraiser

We would like to thank all of our families and Educators for participating in our Cadbury Chocolate Fundraiser. While we appreciate everyone's effort I would also like to take this opportunity to say a special thanks to two of our top sellers Helen Crutchley and Jaiome Ritson who sold over 5 boxes of chocolates each. If you have any unsold chocolates or money outstanding please return these to the Centre by Friday the 19th May.
