May Newsletter

Hello and Welcome to Our Latest Edition of Jellybean News!

Firstly I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our families that have recently joined the Jellybeans Family over the past few weeks. We certainly hope that you enjoy your time with us! For those of you that have returned from your extended COVID-19 break, it's great to see you back! Life is certainly starting to return to normal.

We have been inundated with requests for extra days lately, whilst we will endeavor to accommodate these extra days sometimes we may not be able to fulfill these requests due to the number of children currently booked in the requested room and Educators being on leave. Please keep this in mind if your request is not approved.

For those of you that are on restricted hours due to being non-working families, please be mindful of the times you are dropping off and picking up. Our roster is designed to accommodate all of our families regardless of your working status however due to COVID-19 we have had to implement several changes and one of those is non-working families hours are between 9 am and 3 pm. Once things return to normal we will certainly look at making changes to these hours. By implementing these set hours we are able to offer a quality educational program to all families plus maintain the correct Educator / Child Ratio that is required by the Government. If you have any concerns please feel free to come and have a chat.

As we are now approaching the end of the free period that the Government set up to help ease the financial burden on our families, I would like to ensure that all of your Bank details are correct. If you have changed any of your banking details please pick up a new Direct Debit Form from the office so we can have the correct details on file for when the fees start charging again.

Lastly, I would like to say a huge thank you to all of our families and Educators for their patience and understanding during the COVID-19 crisis. This period has certainly made us stop and think about our daily lives and how our lives have been affected by the current events. We thank you all for your ongoing commitment to our service and look forward to our lives returning to normal as soon as possible.

Thanks a Million!

Breakfast!

Breakfast Times!

This is a friendly reminder that Breakfast finishes at 7.30 am. Due to the number of children that arrive after this cut off time, it is not possible to serve breakfast after 7.30 am. If your child arrives after the cut off time and you wish for your child to eat, you will be required to stay and supervise your child while they finish their breakfast. For those of you that may wish to review and revise the Breakfast Policy, a copy can be obtained from the Centre Foyer. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
