Welcome!
Hello and welcome to our latest edition of Jellybean News! If you have recently joined us here at Jellybeans we would like to extend a warm welcome and we look forward to spending time with you and your family creating wonderful memories. We are finalising room changes for 2021 so if you have not yet returned your 2021 Booking Form now is the time to do this. We have quite a few new families that are wanting to start in 2021 at Jellybeans and we need to be able to confirm what available days we have with them.
Over the coming weeks your child will have the opportunity to visit the bigger rooms in preparation for 2021, they may even have the opportunity to spend the day in the room if room numbers permit. By encouraging these visits, it allows the children to become familiar with the room layout but also mingle with their new Educators.
I would like to say a big thanks to all of our wonderful families that have assisted us with the implementation of our Bottle Log. You guys have been totally awesome with ensuring that the bottles are clearly labelled with the correct information and each bottled has been logged into the Bottle Folder. Thank you for your understanding and patience whilst we navigated this road.
Direct Debits!
This is a friendly reminder to ensure that your Credit Card details are current and up to date. If you have recently received a new card it will have a new expiry date, please complete a new Direct Debit Form with the new details. In the event that your Direct Debit declines an email will be sent notifying you of this and a payment will be required prior to your child attending.
Pre-School Room 2021!
If your child will be in the Pre-School Room in 2021 we will need a copy of their Birth Certificate or Passport. Each Family will be required to sign a Kindergarten Acknowledgement Form prior to commencing in the room, this form will be available in the coming weeks. If you have a current Health Care Card or Pension Card please bring this in so I can get a copy of it.
Pre-School Graduation!
Miss Carla has been super busy trying to finalise the Pre-School Graduation for 2020. If you have not yet returned your Attendance Form you will need to do this ASAP. Please remember this event is only open to one Parent due to COVID restrictions, please do not bring extra adults or siblings as unfortunately they will not be allowed to stay. You are more than welcome to film the event and share it with family and friends afterwards.

Personal Details!
Have you recently moved house, changed your mobile number or email address? It is vital that the Centre has correct contact details at all times especially in the event of an emergency. If any of these things have happened please notify the Centre so that your details can be updated on the computer. Are the details we have on file for your authorised pick up people correct, if you need to double check who is on the system authorised to collect your child please come and see me and we can double check them.
Children's Christmas Party!
Have you returned your RSVP to our Christmas Party? We need to confirm numbers and organise catering by the 4th December, so please return them if you have not already done so. This event is strictly only open to immediate family that resides in the same household, extended family members and friends unfortunately are not allowed to attend under the COVID safe plan that has been implemented. Don't forget to return your raffle tickets for our Christmas Raffle.
Christmas Holidays!
Are you or your family taking holidays over the Christmas Period? If your child will not be at the Centre especially during the Christmas and New Year Week please let us know, as we are currently trying to approve Christmas Holidays for our Educators and we need to ensure that we have the correct amount of Educators for the children that are booked to attend. The Centre will be closed on the following dates:
Friday - 25th December 2020
Monday - 28th December 2020
Friday - 1st December 2021
