Welcome to Kidz Magic and the start of a wonderful year ahead! Please take the time to read the notices to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
Arrival Time
We ask that all children arrive no later than 9:30am. Our focus is providing an education program - the most benefit is gained when all children have arrived and ready to start the day.
Late arrivals do disrupt the learning and Educator's like to be present with the children to support their learning.
Rolls will be marked at 9:30am and if your child has not arrived by this time they will be marked absent.
Please ensure you are attending in the hours allocated to you, attending outside of these hours will result in additional fees.
Parent Parking
The carpark in front of the playground is for STAFF PARKING ONLY. Under no circumstances are parent cars to access this area.
This carpark is not to be used for drop off or pick up. This is a written guideline set out that our service MUST comply with. It is a safety issue and we are not to have cars moving in and out of this carpark, for various reasons (hence the ruling of staff cars only - minimal movement):
- safety of children playing in the playground - to many movements of cars can cause an accident and go through the playground.
- Families walk across the crossing to access the centre/carpark in retail centre - we require minimum movement of cars
- Air quality for children in the play area
So, this rule has been put in place for the safety of everyone. We ask that this carpark is not used - even if it is empty of an afternoon or if it is raining.
Failure to comply with this procedure may result in a fine.
If you are not the person that collects your child -please ensure you inform your friends and family of this procedure.
Account enquiries
If you have any questions in relation to your account, we ask that you please place your request in writing and email the service -
The service is very busy and we require time to view your account to provide you with an accurate response. Time is put aside each day to ensure all emails are responded to.
Statements can be viewed at anytime by the account holder, by viewing the XAP app.
Medication & Over the counter items
A pharmacy label is required on all medications, nappy creams, teething gel and anything purchased over the counter.
We will not be able to administer any of these items without a pharmacy label.
Panadol or any pain relief will not be administered without the addition of a current letter from the doctor.
