From the Office
I would like to give a big warm welcome to the new families joining us in 2019. Please feel free to come and see me with any questions you may have. Alternatively you can always send an email if I am not available.
I am also the Regional Director for our other Kidz Magic Centres (Meadowbrook & Capestone). This role may see me visiting the other Centres, once a fortnight. On the days I will be visiting the other Centres I will be contactable via email and if need be the Educator's can contact me on your behalf.
On the days I am away you can ask to speak to Miss Indri or Miss Shannon.
Statements
Account Statements are issued every second Monday via email. If you are not receiving your statements, please come to the office to check your email.
Please ensure you check your statements every fortnight and contact the office if you believe there are any discrepancies as soon as possible. Payments cannot be changed on the day they are due to be deducted.
All accounts must be 1 week in advance. If fees are not kept up to date, your child's position will be suspended until all fees are paid.
All new families and families who have changed booked days are required to sign a Confirmation of Childcare Agreement. If you have not yet signed yours, please come to the office next time you are in.
Parent Meeting
We will be holding our first Parent Meeting for the year on Tuesday 5 February. We ask that at least one family member attends. This meeting will advise you of the activities planned for the year, centre policies and procedures and open questions and answers. You will then separate into your child's room to get a run down of what will be happening in your child's room.
This meeting will commence at 6pm sharp. Please RSVP via email
Australia Day Celebrations
We will be celebrating Australia Day on Friday 25 January. We will have lot's of fun activities planned with some great prizes on offer.
We are asking if each child can come dressed in a typical 'Aussie Outfit" and bring a plate of Australian food to share for our Picnic.
We will be having a sausage sizzle for lunch! We will also take lots of photos too.
Room Changes...
Room changes will occur on Tuesday 29 January. Class lists with 2019 Educators will be on display soon.
