We will be commencing our own Community Library here at Kidz Magic from 5 March.
It will be open to our Heathwood Community from 8am-9am and 2:30pm-3:30pm every Monday & Tuesday. So please feel free to share this news with your friends in the community.
The concept will be just like a normal library. You can come in and browse our books - (Adults and Children) and take home with you a book of interest.
We just ask that you return it once you have finished reading it. If you have books that you have read and would like to donate, please see Tammy.
Visitors who would like to take us up on this need to contact myself (Tammy) in the office on your first visit, so we can show you where our visitors book is kept. You will be required to sign in/out when you come to visit our library.
As the interest expands - we will move the books to outside the centre where you will no longer be required to sign in/out.
We need your HELP...
To help set this initiative up we need to stock up on our borrowing library resources.
The books that will be part of our Community Library will be separate from our Centre Resources. Centre resources will not be able to be borrowed.
So if you or your friends have unwanted books around the home. We would be happy to take them off your hands. We do ask that they are clean with no pages missing and suitable for someone else to borrow.
