Christmas Party

Our Christmas Party will commence at 6pm on Friday 30 November. We do ask that if your child attends on this day, that you collect your child early, take them home to get ready and return for the event.

Santa will be handing out books at our Christmas Party. Please ensure you make payment for your child's book no later than 16 November. Late payment will not be accepted as this is the cut off date for our order's to be placed.

We are asking if each family could bring a plate of food to share on the night and a picnic rug for your family. Please avoid bringing chairs - as this will then limit viewing for other families.

Nursing Home Visit

The week commencing 17 December we will be visiting the local nursing home to spread some Christmas Cheer and to put a smile on some faces.

We are asking if you are in a position that could donate some items for this event, it would be greatly appreciated. We are currently collecting fruit mince pies, Fruit Cake, Chocolates, Biscuits and Magazines.

Donations are being collected now up until Friday 14 December. More info can be found on our Facebook page.

Reverse Advent Calendar

Christmas is meant to be a time of celebration, however, if times are tough it can be especially difficult.

This Christmas Kidz Magic will give hope by providing food hampers to families in need.

If you know someone that needs help this Christmas please nominate them for a hamper by emailing - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Gift recipients will be anonymous unless they are happy to be photographed with the hamper they receive.

From now until the 15 December a wooden Christmas box is available in the foyer. We are asking if the families would be kind enough to place a food item in the box each week.

On the 15 December we will organise various hampers with the donations we were given. The Christmas Hampers will then be distributed to local families in need this Christmas.

* Please ensure if you have donated items that your child's name is written on the list beside the donation box. We will be giving away 5 "Excuse Me Santa" Books as a way to say Thank you!

2019 Bookings

If you have requested new days for 2019, these change will not take place until Monday 28 January. If you would like to commence your new days earlier, please ensure you come and see Tammy to make sure this is possible.

Extra Days

We have a few families going on holidays in early December. If you would like an extra day, please come and see me. This may just be possible.

You may just need an extra day to get that last minute Christmas Shopping done. I will try my best to accommodate any extra days you may need.

Holidays

There are Reduced Holiday Application Forms at the office. If you will be taking leave over the Christmas period, please write your family name on this list and take a Holiday application form to fill out. I am asking that all leave applications for Christmas is submitted no later than 20 November. This will then allow me to approve our Educator's Christmas leave applications.

Thanks for your understanding with this matter.
