Hayley has worked within the early childhood sector for over 18 years with more than 13 of those years as a Centre Manager.  Kidz Magic Capestone opened it's doors in September of 2018 which is when Hayley took on the Director role of this amazing child care facility.

Hayley has completed her Certificate III, Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Children's Services and has a passion for Reggio inspired and natural environments, partnerships with families and the wider community, respectful relationships with children and embedding best practices.
