Welcome

The staff and children here at Piptree Heritage Park would like to Welcome all our New Families to our centre.  We hope your children make long lasting friendships and learn lots of great new things.

We have been busy maintaning our gardens and with all this wonderful rain we have been having our lawns are looking lovely and green.  We have just picked our 12th pineapple with one growing, it wont be long before we pick our 13th.

All the children are enjoying eating lunch in the fresh air on the veranda's.

The rooms are looking great and I am sure you will agree with us that Miss Leoby and Miss Chelsea have done a fabulous job with the new Blossoms Room.

Until next time

Miss Lee-Anne :)

Fundraising for Christmas

The Centre has chosen The Little Elves Project to donate to this year.  As we have had Foster Children attend the centre, this cause touched our hearts.

We will be collecting the gifts and as a team attending the event on Saturday 17th of November to hand over our centres donations.

Please help.

Below is a little bit about the cause.

Our Story

In 2017 two little boys, brothers, wanted to help make Christmas a little brighter for Queensland kids in foster care. They asked their mum if they could give presents to children at Christmas. They asked if they could get as many people as possible to be kind and help them make other children happy.

This is The Little Elves Project.

Our first event in 2017 saw the community come together and donate an incredible 2500 gifts! This year, we're on a mission to double that number so as many children as possible will have a brighter Christmas.

We're supporting the amazing charity, GIVIT once again, and will be collecting on their behalf. GIVIT have told us there are over 8000 children across Queensland in care.

This year's goal of 5000 gifts is huge but we know from the response last year, that our community is amazing.

We need your help.

Let's show these children that they are loved and that the community holds them in their hearts this Christmas.

Thanks to The Club at Parkwood Village - Home of the Gold Coast Titans, we will be holding a massive collection day once again on Saturday 17th November from 9am to 1pm. There'll be food, fun, entertainment, and lots on for kids plus our official radio partner 102.9 Hot Tomato will be there too.

Bring your gift and join in the fun as a thank you, from us to you, on behalf of the children.
