July 2021 Newsletter - Kidz Magic Capestone

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to our latest Newsletter for 2021.

Statements and Payments:

Statements are sent out to families each Monday/Tuesday of each week. When viewing the top 'amount due' section it should show each week a nil balance - this balance will be inclusive of the fees yet to be deducted on the current week.

Fee's must be one week in advance at all times - as per centre policy. If there is insufficient funds in your account, you will be charged a dishonour fee of $14.95.

If you have any questions surrounding your accounts please contact reception to discuss further.

Visitor's QR Code:

As we are moving forward and getting away from paper, we have designed our very own QR Code just for our visitors. Each visitor is requested to sign in when they arrive and sign out when they are departing. Once you open the QR Code using your Camera App you will be asked to fill in a few details, including the purpose of your visit. Please not this is not for parents who are dropping off and picking up each day – just centre visitors

Upcoming Public Holiday:

Just a reminder that our Ekka show day falls on Monday 9th August this year.

We will be closed on this day but open for the remainder of the week.

School Photos:

We are expecting to see school photos returned to the centre within the next fortnight. We will send out a message via Educa to let everyone know as soon as they arrive J

Centre Sickness:

Just a friendly reminder that if your little one is suffering any cold and flu like symptoms, we ask that you keep them home till they are well again and seek a GP clearance/check where necessary.

Packing additional spare clothing is also a great help so we can change them according to the conditions outside and inside. At least 3 different clothing options are ideal.
