September 2021 Newsletter - Kidz Magic Capestone

Dear Families,

As we edge towards the end of 2021 things pick up and get quite busy on the reception end of things.

For many of our families there are changes to be had in 2022 and rest assured our care requirement forms will be out in the coming weeks. This form is where families can document any changes to day requests for me to support with. Please ensure when completing this form that you communicate any day pick up requests, day drops, swaps or sibling changes so that we have as much information as possible to be able to support with 2022 requests.

We have also experienced some changes within our staffing team which, although is very sad news to loose valuable and dedicated team members, paves the way of change and new beginnings and I look forward to an exciting journey ahead next year.

A reminder that our Halloween Disco Party is on Thursday the 28th October. This is booked for our Senior Toddler 1 & 2, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classrooms. Please check our message board out the front for further information and don't forget to RSVP.

As many of you have noticed the car park is SUPER busy currently. Unfortunately due to the current construction it's making things tough for us all to find parks each day. Our team of educators who are on opening shifts or closing shifts park at the far end of our car park however, as the dirt patch area is completely full staff are having to park streets away or park in our main carpark when necessary. Please note we have spoken with management of the construction and they are doing their best to communicate to their workers around not utilising our spaces and utilising the dirt area effectively. We anticipate this will settle down in the next few weeks as the trades finish up ready for an October opening of the new shopping area.

I thank you for your patience with us during this busy times and ask that you continue to communicate any concerns to us and please be mindful when entering the car park that you are slowing down and on the lookout for any children and ensuring your parking correctly between the lines to allow for effective entering and exiting of vehicles.

Thank you,

Hayley Le | Centre Director | Kidz Magic - Capestone
