Unwanted items we would love include magazines, paper, and used clean cushions and rugs to create some quiet spaces around the Centre and outdoor area.

We have added a composting bin as a part of our sustainable practices. The children are placing their food scraps in small bins tat are then emptied in to the compost bin.

Connecting with the community – We are continuing with our collecting of non-perishable food and groceries to assist the homeless. Please feel welcome to donate non-perishable foods, toiletries or personal items and place them in the basket in the foyer.

Parent input - This month we are reviewing the Centre philosophy and the Educational Program and Practice policy. Copies of these have been sent out to all families and staff for review and feedback/suggestions can be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. Each month we focus on an area of the Quality Standards that we feel requires some additional work or improvement.Parents are welcome to provide feedback and suggestions for our continuous improvement, and a Box Full of Improvement has been placed in the foyer for this purpose. Our Quality Profiles will be given a special place in the foyer soon so that they available for parents to read.
