Christmas is coming, there is no getting around it, with 10 weeks to go!! We have our annual community Christmas Appeal, gathering food items, toiletries, gifts, children's toys, canned supplies and homewares for the less fortunate. The supplies are all given to Goodna Helping Hands who not only provide meals and accommodation for the homeless, they support numerous community projects within the community and can provide to those families who truly need some Christmas spirit. We ask that each family and educator bring in as much as they can, last year we had four boot loads, lets make it five this year!! (I have a wagon to give you an idea!!)
Kindergarten Graduation Preparation is in full swing, for any child in Poppies One or Poppies Two with Kindergarten Teachers Jas and Anila, Joyce and Rajneek that are going to Prep in 2019 we ask that they attend our Party at 5pm on the 30th November. This is a celebration party especially for the children and their families prior to "Big School" Invites will be out this week!!
Centre Wide Christmas Party will be held on the 14th December with all families to celebrate the year of 2018, the event will commence from 3.30pm-5:30pm. The Friday 14th December will be a wonderful and fun afternoon with special guests, giveaways, food and fun!!
