I came across this article relating to Vitamin D exposure and healthy UV rays that thought I'd share with you.

UV levels vary depending on the time of year, and the amount of sun exposure you need varies accordingly.

However regardless of the time of year, Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun is necessary for the production of vitamin D.

Vitamin D is important for strong bones, muscles and overall health.

You can check the free sun smart app or the Bureau of Meteorology website for daily sun protection times.
