I continue to see the value in our friendships and sense of community & belonging here at Piptree when I see the children settle very quickly on arrival. I feel like shouting GO TEAM! And it's so wonderful to be a part of building a strong team with a few families bringing more wins home with a new baby for Nouri & Noah a beautiful baby girl! Jayden & Dexton 's a most gorgeous Boy! and for Cristiano excitement is bursting for your new baby girl. We are very much looking forward to sharing our days with Finn's twins, Ronin's little brother and Kayla's little brother very soon! We love you ALL! Welcome with open arms, come on in :)

Henny Penny Chicks

All our families can enjoy this eggciting time of year with the Henny Penny Hatchings with us again. Our baby chicks have arrived still keeping warm in their little egg shells with each day welcoming new little ones into this world. It is a special time to reflect on our environments of people, animals and plants around us and for the gifts we receive from them that we are grateful for such blessings and experiences. We are gentle, we are compassionate, we care for all among us.

Our Educators

I hope you love our new educator photo wall. There is one special educator missing at this time because she was holidaying overseas when our photos were taken, its Miss Shahnaz :) she will be up on the wall as soon as possible.

Emergency Closure 30th & 31st March

We have been through an emergency closure of the Centre during the recent severe storm warnings, together, we kept ourselves and families safe. I say a big THANK YOU & CHEERS to everyone! Thanks to KAL management our Thursday and Friday enrolments during the emergency closure accounts have been credited.

We get Innovative

We have had the pleasure of welcoming Tara from Phoenix Support service as our coach & mentor over the next few months. Tara will be working with our educators in their rooms for personal support and innovative attitude to bring in a new fresh breath of life for our Centre as the new Piptree Early Learning deserves the best.

Professional Training in First Aid

I must say a huge thank you to the company MEDILIFE for providing our First Aid re-certification training in First Aid in an Educational Setting. The instructor Romeo (pronounced as in Alfa Romeo) was fabulous, so professional and thorough, our 7 hours on a Saturday went past leaving us fulfilled that the training was indeed the best. Miss Na brought her son Jeremy along and even he found the training worthwhile to join in. Learning life skills, you can't beat it :)

Change in Weather

Autumn is upon us, and we are getting quite a wind blowing through our Piptree yard. It's no longer suitable for children to wear thongs as footwear. Not only do wearing thongs sometimes cause tripping accidents they don't help a child to keep extremities warm in a change of weather especially as some dark clouds have been shadowing the yard earlier than months before. So please get back to covered in shoes for the kids from now on. Also, a light blanket would be good for rest time too please.
