We all love Fridays... right? And we all love it for different reasons! We shared this experience in the kindergarten room today ...
Ms Tertia remembered she had cake mix in the kitchen and asked the children during group time how about we bake a real Friday cake. They were very excited and that is what we did after morning tea. They all watched in anticipation as we prepared our yummy Friday cake. Ms Leny, our cook, kindly decorated the cake and finished it off with our slogan, 'Happy Friday'.
We are even making up our own Friday song! Poppies also baked a vanilla flavoured cake in the sandpit. It tasted delicious!
What a way to end our week! Happy Fri-Yay everyone, from the 4-5 year old's in the kindergarten room.
