If you are bringing along other children and would like them to receive a gift also please give me a wrapped book with their name on it.There will also be lots of yummy food.  Please be mindful that car parks are hard to find so allow some time to park and take a safe walk to the centre.  See you all then!

Hello Pip Parents/ Families,

As we know the year 2017 has nearly finished and we are approaching towards 2018. Most our older children are moving up soon. I am very excited that they have reached their milestones and have achieved it in their own time.

As now, most of our artwork is displayed in the room to celebrate Christmas season. Children engage to explore and develop disposition of learning in curiosity, confidence, commitment, persistence and flexibility. Children adapt their learning towards each other by parallel play interaction.

Next year I am staying in the Pip room to be part of your child education and learning.

This will be the last newsletter for the year hopefully everyone has a fantastic HOLIDAY and good luck families and be safe always.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL……

Miss Lucy and Miss Havane

Wow, what a year it has been.We are now getting ready for Christmas. We have been decorating the room with Christmas decorations, Christmas art and painting the windows with Christmas trees.

We have been concentrating on finishing off our art folders, Christmas gifts and Christmas art.We have been working really hard on our toilet training and trying to use our words by telling an educator when we need to go.

It has come to the end of the year and what big year it has been for all of our children and families in the Sprout Room.We have seen many of our friends' transition successfully to the older room, as well as welcomed some new friends.Sabine and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our wonderful families for a really great year.We have enjoyed working with you and your children and know that you will do well in 2018 both here and at home.

We wish you all a lovely Christmas and New Year.

Miss Jamie -Lee and I (Miss Kirstin) have had the most amazing year in the Buds Room this Year.

Your children have kept us busy throughout the year exploring new thing and gaining new life skills and knowledge each day at Piptree.

It has been an absolute pleasure to be your children's educators in 2017 and thank you for all your support.

Our Buds children will transition through to the Blossoms room with a sense of identity, agency and belonging and I will continue this learning journey with them throughout 2018.Some of our Buds children will continue their learning journey in the Buds room with Miss Sarah and Miss Jamie -Lee and we will have catch ups during morning and afternoon play.

We will Miss you Miss Jamie -Lee…

Just a few House Keeping Reminders.

When your children are toilet training please send in 5 nappies, pull ups as well as undies, as we have great days on the toilet and sometimes not such great days.

If you are ready to start the Toilet training process, please don't hesitate to speak to Miss Jamie -Lee or I as we are here to support you through this new journey 100%.

Stay Safe Miss Kirstin and Miss Jamie -Lee

Hi all,

Over the past couple months we've all begun to engage with the world in which we live. We've had a lot of our class building and constructing physical games from what they've seen or been involved in outside of kindy. They've brought these games into class by playing these games, or even by telling their friends during show and share. so we've been focusing a lot on physical development in blossom's class. We've read a lot of books that are about being kind to our friends, and telling the truth. We also had a lot of discussion about what is real and what is 'role play - pretend'. We've also had a big interest in role play games - home corner and with the fire man leggo blocks. We've extended these discussions about sharing and seeing things from others perspectives.

As you've probably noticed around our classroom, we've done a lot of Christmas craft. Celebrating the Australian Christmas tradition through arts, craft and experiences.

It has been a great year working with all the children in blossoms. its been a my pleasure to watch all your children grow and learn throughout the year!

Merry Christmas and a Happy new year!

From Miss Teagan and Miss Elle.

In Poppies this year we have done many exciting activities and accomplished many things. We are very proud of

each and every one of the children this year.

Thank you to all the families for your ongoing support and good luck to all our older children who will be attending prep next year.

Merry Christmas,

Miss Brie and Miss Tiahn
