Kindergarten Acknowledgement forms

I have placed a Kindergarten Acknowledgement form into the parent pockets of the children that are old enough to attend our Kindergarten  program in 2019. if your child was born between 1 July 2014 and 30 June 2015 they are eligible to move up to the kindergarten room in 2019, please make sure you fill in these forms and return back to me as soon as possible so we can book your child into the program.
