May Newsletter

Welcome to our May newsletter, as the weather is cooling down please remember to dress your child in layers. The mornings and afternoons are cool but during the day and in the rooms it is warm during the day. Also remember to pack spare clothes in case your child has an accident.

Also with winter coming, if your child is sick please keep them home, it is the easiest way to stop coughs and colds from spreading. If your child is going to be away you can log their absent day on Xap and time that suits you day or night. If your child is clear to attend care but needs medication during the day, you will be required to have a chemist label on the medication with the child's name. You must write the medication to be administered in the medication file, these files are in each room on top of the lockers. Your child has a file in the folder that you can write the time medication is to be given and dosage. this must be done each day the child requires the medication. Please tell a staff member at drop off if your child requires  medication. All medication is to be stored in the medication box that is on top of the fridge in your child's room.
