Welcome to another month at Underwood ELC, Its been a very busy month so far... One of the biggest changes has been Xap our new child care system. I know it can be frustrating learning a new system and all the teething problems that can accrue. If you have any question or are trying to change bookings just let me know i may be able to help, alliteratively you can call Xap support for help on 1300543792 and they can help you with any problems.
We have a few events coming up over the next 2 months, fist off Graduation Class photos are happening on Thursday 24th November, if it is not your child's booked day we would still like you to get a photo just book a time slot between 9am till 9.30am on the booking sheet in the office. Christmas photos will also happen on Thursday 24th November starting at 7.30am till 10am. All photos must be paid for the day before photo day. If it is not your booked day please see Leanne in the office to book a place
School Photos
The Childrens Christmas Party will be on Thursday December 8th at Lollipops playland Unit 9 Springwood Hometown Lexington Road Springwood. Starting at 5.30pm till 7.30pm Cost $15 per family, payment envelopes are in the office and due back by 30th November ( we need to know numbers for the playcentre) the cafe will be open to purchase food and drinks or you can bring your own. Santa will be making a visit around 7pm. We will also be drawing raffles on the night.
Christmas raffles
We are collecting for the Christmas raffles, please place any items in the basket in the office foyer. So far one of the prizes isa kids balance bike.
